Refund Policy
Refunds will be returned using the flexible time schedule refund policy.
When a student cancels after completing at least one lesson assignment but less than 50 percent of the graded assignments, Aston American University will retain the non refundable application fee and one-time registration fee of no more than 20 percent of the tuition not to exceed $200, library service fees, plus a percentage of tuition paid by the student in accordance with the following schedule.

Aston American University does not charge a finance charge or annual percentage rate on installments.

Cancellation
Student's Right to Cancel: Any student has the right to cancel their enrollment agreement and obtain a partial refund of charges paid through attendance at the first-class session, or on/before the fifth day after enrollment. Cancellation shall occur when you give email notice of cancellation to studentaffairs@astonau.us. The student will receive confirmation of your cancellation by the academic department. If you cancel this agreement, the school will refund any money that you paid, less any non-refundable charges, any amount paid for an application fee or deposit, not to exceed $250.
